Who is Telling Truth,

and Who Makes Up Facts to Suit Themselves?

Marcus Carey v. Judge Thomas Massie

I read on a blog that Thomas Massie does not hold any patents.  I beg to differ.  I am trained as a Reference Librarian, so I knew this could be found online.  I went on the Patent Office site and found 22 patents for Thomas H. Massie.  Look for yourself, here is the link:

http://patft1.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-adv.htm&r=0&p=1&f=S&l=50&Query=IN%2FMassie-Thomas-H&d=PTXT

Here is the list of patents and their titles.  Mr. Massie is listed as inventor with others on every one of them.  At the least it shows he knows how to co-operate with and work with other people.  I think this is quite impressive, especially since a number of them were produced after he left M. I. T.

  1. Here was the best comment I got about this so far by email:

"I think we should sing a goodbye song to liars. You know the one…singalong with me now: “Haptic trails to you…”♫♪♫"

What a great response! I think a lot of people are going to see through the carefully worded lawyer talk, with its "weasel words" and misleading qualifications. Folks, this one was not only misleading, but a flat out lie.

  2. I think it is a shame Marcus and Gary are trying to trash Judge Massie on a real accomplishment.

Marcus says Massie was out of work for ten years. So he should be glad the man is finally looking for a job! Still, as long as Thomas pays his bills, why would Carey care about whether he ever works? Secondly, Massie is a farmer. Marcus claims to be, but isn't really, for everyone who has actually done the work knows that farmers don't go to work, they wake up surrounded by it every day.

I think Marcus is a jealous old man, and since he knows (finally) that he can't possibly win. To be a successful politician you have to like people, and people have to like you. (I have found that if you like people at least some of them will like you, so why is Carey sitting at 1.7 in the poll?) He and Davis and Bunning are establishment people that want to promote more of the same. It is great that we have groups like the Order of the Red Star to combat this selfish and conniving group of petty politicoes.

I believe that, far from thinking we are causing trouble, real people out there are going to applaud the efforts being made to return political discourse to real subjects, like debt, and who is responsible for the current mess, and what we are going to do about it.
